I happened to go into a salon, a somewhat expensive salon. It was gift from a friend. Anyway, the young lady used some shampoo and conditioner on my hair. I must say after she blow dried my hair and turned me around to face the mirror. I thought nice but then I felt it. You know looks can be deceiving and everyone looks like “I’m worth it”, after you leave the salon. I immediately asked her what she used, even though I’m sure she already told me, I never pay attention to what they try to sell me. I took my phone out and began typing the products name into my phones notepad.
Kerastase Nutritive Bain Satin 2 Shampoo for Dry and sensitized hair and Kerastase Oleo-relax Masque. At the Kerastase Paris Website it states it bathes or basks your vulnerable hair and provides complete nourishment. It has some sort of patented technology, DOSAGE GLUCO-ACTIVE 2 (2100 PPM*) this supplies a beneficial amount of Lipids, Glucose and proteins. All of that is much too scientific for me. The simple fact is that my hair felt like silk, not greasy, but fluffy, light silk.
So I bought the shampoo in 32oz on Amazon for $45 and the Oleo-relax 6.8oz at Target for $45. Yes It is expensive but worth it. I noticed it made my hair instantly manageable when I applied it unlike other shampoos. I usually have to apply a lot of conditioner in order to get a brush through my hair. The masque made my hair even silkier than the shampoo. There was no need to brush it when I came out the shower. I just let it dry naturally and no tangles. It lasts a long time if used as directed, especially the shampoo. My husband started using it and now won’t use anything else. Good luck to him; He doesn’t know how much it costs.
The brand has several different products for normal, dry, dry and rebellious, dry & sensitized and very dry & sensitized. I really like this stuff. You should try it.
