Here are some facts you may not have known about the 44th president of the United States, Barrack Obama.

Well I must say I am not a follower of what’s hot and what’s not or the current topics of the day, well until one day, instead of shopping on Amazon, I started surfing the internet about pertinent info.

I did some internet surfing on Barrack Obama. I Googled “interesting things about Barrack” and here is the little facts that I uncovered.

Well there you go, With him writing best seller, Grammy award winning tell all books, there will be little we don’t know about the “yes you can” man. Barrack Obama thought it necessary that his campaign staff get Blackberrys and computers. Cool, I want to work for him.

  1. He even gave a staff member one month’s pay upon retirement.
  2. He announced the opening of 8,000 new jobs for the www.Change.gov website.
  3. He was called “O’Bomer” in school due to being great on the basketball court.Good thing the republicans didn’t run with that one.
  4. Did you know he won a Grammy in 2004 for his audio book entitled “Dreams of my father” I didn’t know that. I know “Up” won an academy award for 2010, I liked that movie.
  5. Barrack is also left handed.
  6. Can Barrack bench press 200lbs? He states he can.Looks indeed may be deceiving.
  7. He loves Black Forest Berry Ice tea. It’s his favorite
  8. He attended his half sisters fiancées stag party but left right after the stripper arrived. Hopefully later we don’t find a picture of him dancing around a pole with Juanita.
  9. It was estimated that he and Michele earned about 4.2 million dollars in 2007. Don’t get excited, Most of this money came from his book sales.
  10. When growing up in Indonesia he had a pet ape named “Tata”
    I don’t believe in wild animals as pets, but I must admit, I did want to live by a lagoon with flipper.
  11. He owns a pair of boxing gloves autographed by the Greatest himself, Mohammed Ali.
  12. He hates Ice cream, perhaps it’s because he worked at a Baskin Robbins once as a kid. No name bashing, it could have been a Ben & Jerry’s, but it wasn’t.
  13. His name fits his life, the meaning that is. In Swahili, Obama means “One who is blessed”.
  14. His favorite quite down time games is poker and scrabble.
  15. Some of his favorite tunes come by way of the Fugees, Bob Dylan and Bach.
  16. He signed up to be in a pinup calendar at Harvard but was rejected by the committee which were all female. Oh, what do they know
  17. Barracks Great Uncle liberated a concentration camp.
  18. Oh, He won another award, a Grammy, for his 2006 audio book “Audacity of hope”. Come on now where was I when this was happening, oh yeah, watching “Lost”.
  19. Barrack is the eight cousin of Dick Cheney, former Vice president of the US, by way of Mareen and Susannah Duvall. Oh yeah, shock and awe, shock and awe.
  20. Barrack received a noble peace prize. He was one of four presidents ever to receive one. Theodore Roosevelt was awarded one in 1905 for helping put an end to the Russo-Japanese War. Woodrow Wilson received an award in 1919 for his participation in the League of Nations. Jimmy Carter 2002 for humanitarian efforts. Barrack Obama was awarded his in 2009 for focusing on international diplomacy and advocating unity amongst peoples of all nations.

    Are you happy about the mess you stated or are sure all you stated is true. You might have to vertify all that you stated or persons you got it from might have to alone with you. You have not made yourself great just small and less important.
